Eleven Seventy Holdings. LLC is a website that provides you Life Balance and Wealth Accumulation Solutions and will be a delightfully smart partner when you are looking to buy a home. We seek to assist and guide individuals, Investors, business in analyzing the best real estate options for them. Our ambition is to advice people make intelligent decisions and offer a balanced selection of high quality customer service products that support individuals, business and families in achieving property ownership, making stable investment decision in residential and commercial real estate.
Eleven Seventy Holdings.LLC formed by William T. Lampkin II President, CEO and Dr. Victoria Garriett Lampkin Co-founder, Majority Partner of the Eleven Seventy Holdings. The company was launched when they were pregnant with their third child. The Eleven Seventy Holdings Headquartered in charlotte, NC. We have serviced and or lived in charlotte, NC metro which includes Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Gaston, Union, Iredale, and Lincoln counties. We are an active company that gives personal service that gets results!
William T. Lampkin II and Dr. Victoria Garriett Lampkin both had achieved great accomplishments in their chosen fields of education and medicine but they realized that they spent most of their time at work and would always have a finite amount of wealth attainment in any job. They both wanted to spend time with their growing family but still be able to provide their children with the financial, mental and spiritual resources to develop into free thinking productive people.
So they learned how to attain wealth through real estate and business while increasing their freedom to spend time with their family. They studied with the top names in real estate (Robert Kiyosaki, David Lindahl, Darin Garmin and Larry Goins), success development (Raymond Aaron, Jack Canfield) and health (Andrew Weil). As they learned more methods of attaining wealth and living a full life the more they wanted to share what they learned. Eleven Seventy Holdings is their means of sharing.

William T. Lampkin II
President, CEO
William (Terry) Lampkin has 17 years of experience working with youth, families and the business community. He began his professional career as a Social Studies teacher in Southeast Washington D.C. Eventually, Terry moved up the ranks of D.C. Public Schools (DCPS) to become a High School Administrator. Along the way he held various leadership positions such as Athletic Director, Career Development Coordinator, and Business Partnership Coordinator. Working in the public school system allowed Terry to fulfill his passion of community involvement especially developing and facilitating mentorships and internships between high school students and businesses.
Terry's experience in community development has allowed him to make a seamless transition into real estate and business Internet marketing. Real estate and businesses both are major parts of communities and Terry loves being a part of this development.
Dr. Victoria Garriett Lampkin
Co-founder, Majority Partner
Dr. Victoria (Vickie) Lampkin is an Integrative Medicine Pediatrician with 14 years of experience working with children and their families. She honed her skills in Detroit, MI and Washington, DC working in two of the largest Children's Hospitals in the country. Working and living in large urban areas forced Dr. Vickie to question how community and environment impact our health. This led her to obtain a Masters of Public Health and fellowships in Community Oriented Primary Care and Integrative Medicine. Her Integrative Medicine training was obtained at Dr. Weil’s Program at the University of Arizona.
Obtaining this additional training caused her to change her view of health. She began to understand that you can't change your health without changing all areas of your life and that changing one area will effect and change other areas in a positive way. This understanding has lead to a passion for nutrition, family life balance and living a rich and fulfilled life.
Our Vision
Combining this new knowledge with our experiences in working in some of the most economically challenged areas in America taught us that offering hope to children and families is one of the best ways to change their mindset and lives.
